Rachael K Returns & Refunds: Ensuring Your Satisfaction
At Rachael K, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your lingerie. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's our returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience:
Returns:
We happily accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original tags attached within 14 daysof purchase. Please note that sale items and gift vouchers are final sale.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges at this time. However, you can return your unwanted item and receive a full refund, then place a new order for the desired size or style.
Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping Costs:
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our friendly customer service team at sale@rachaelk.com.auimmediately upon delivery. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
Pre-Orders:
For any pre-orders you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at sale@rachaelk.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't already shipped.
